We are designing a beautiful three-level home in Antigua Guatemala on a 450m² plot with stunning volcano views. The residence includes a master suite with sauna and jacuzzi, additional bedrooms, living spaces, a pool, and a fire pit. The mezzanine offers a family room, yoga terrace, and gym, while the basement features a bar, home cinema, and spa. The design incorporates a central Spanish-style terrace and adheres to local regulations, blending aesthetics with functionality.
For a Japandi-inspired apartment in Switzerland, I transformed the client's photos and basic floor plan into a detailed 3D model. Guided by their preferences, I curated a refined shopping list featuring furniture and decor that embody the serene Japandi aesthetic. After collaborating to finalize selections, I completed the purchase list and delivered vibrant renderings of each space, bringing the elegant design to life.
This home combines contemporary and Scandinavian-inspired design, with a minimalist, inviting atmosphere. The exterior features natural materials, vertical wooden cladding, and large windows that connect the interior to the landscape. A gable roof enhances energy efficiency, while the carport and outdoor patio offer functional, relaxing spaces. Clean lines and neutral tones create a serene, sustainable retreat.
This residential project is a perfect blend of contemporary architecture and natural elements. The minimalist design emphasizes open spaces, earthy tones, and organic textures. With native cacti and a tranquil pool area, the outdoor space is designed to offer relaxation and a seamless connection to nature. The natural light and use of clean lines reflect the Mediterranean essence in every detail.
